There was an add for this movie in The Stranger. My first thought, naturally, was WTF? Then I wondered if it was 'Command & Conquer: Generals: The Movie', and then I looked it up on IMDB (it wasn't there) and then on google and found out why: it doesn't exist. It's a joke/commentary/guerilla-art/etc.
